The extended program of the inaugural exhibition at Plan B Foundation (https://fundatiaplanb.ro/en) includes a special screening of works by artists Simon Dybbroe Møller and Sasha Litvintseva & Beny Wagner. The event — organized in collaboration with Cinema ARTA — will be held in English and will include a discussion and Q&A session with the artists. Simon Dybbroe Møller presents the Anachronism Trilogy (2012–2018), as well as episodes from the series What Do People Do All Day (2020–22), alongside A Demonstration (2020) and Constant (2022), by Sasha Litvintseva & Beny Wagner. The selection considers ‘inauguration’ as a process of looking, naming, measuring, categorizing, deciding what counts as what, and where things belong. From taxonomies of monsters to the standardization of measurement, the selection asks what we see when we look at something for the first time, and what we may have already decided – or been politically conditioned – to see.
