Entry to the cinema after the screening start time is not allowed. If you do not show up on time for Cinema ARTA events, your ticket will be cancelled with no refund or right to redeem it for another performance.

The cinema’s box office opens 30 minutes before the start of the first event of the day and remains open 30 minutes after the start of the last event on the day's schedule.

5-Ticket Saver Pass: 100 leiReduced 5-Ticket Saver Pass (pupils, students, seniors): 80 lei
The pass consists of 5 tickets that can be used for 5 admissions to films at Cinema ARTA and is valid for 2 months from the moment of purchase. Based on the Card, seats can be reserved for the desired screenings via the Eventbook platform.
Pass holders simply need to tick the ‘I have a 5-ticket saver pass’ option next to a performance, enter the code number shown beneath the QR code on the pass and, once this has been validated, select the number of seats they wish to book. The booking will also be confirmed by email to the address used to register on the Eventbook platform.
Without prior cancellation, bookings made using the 5-ticket saver pass will be considered used. Bookings are not automatically cancelled if you do not attend the screening. To avoid this, please cancel your booking via your account at least 6 hours before the scheduled screening time.
For certain festival screenings and special screenings, the number of seats that can be booked using the 5-ticket saver pass may be limited or unavailable.

The pass consists of 10 tickets that can be used for 10 admissions to films at Cinema ARTA and is valid for 6 months from the moment of purchase. Based on the pass, seats can be reserved for the desired screenings via the Eventbook platform.
Booklet holders simply need to tick the ‘I have a 10-ticket saver pass’ option next to a performance, enter the code number shown beneath the QR code on the pass and, once this has been validated, select the number of seats they wish to book.
